Center driveway position clarification

 

The concrete portion of the main center driveway traversing south to north is sixteen (16) feet in width and approximately two hundred forty (240) feet in length from lot #15 to lot #1.

 

 The platted private driveway (land) on which the concrete resides is 22.8 feet wide at the north end and 20.3 feet wide at the south end. (See original plat drawing). This area is set aside for a driveway. The concrete is positioned about 36” from the west boundary and 42” from the east boundary of the platted private driveway.

 

The grassy area on each side of the concrete (36” on the west & 42” on the east) is part of the driveway but is not paved. All owner properties bordering the platted private driveway are 30 feet wide and 50 feet deep as shown on the plat and should not encroach on the platted private driveway or the concrete. Constitution & By-Law amendment

 

The process to amend the Constitution & By-Laws included assigning a committee to prepare suggested amendments; review, change and approval by board; announcement of amendment vote at annual meeting; distribution of agenda and proxies and voting by annual meeting attendees (Voye, Hruska, Peden, Remias, Lowe, Eckel, Houk, Zelenak, Fielitz, Lauer, Smith, Lapolla & Clarke. Proxies for Ayers, McTrusty). Only ten (10) ballots were received. All amendments were approved except By-Laws #14 and #24.
